Educational Experience

I have been teaching classes/workshop for more than 10 years. With six certifications in the fitness industry, I have created and led specific classes for more than 10 years in gyms such as the YMCA, Fitness America, and Lifestyle. I have also created and led fitness classes for specific groups of people on private premises.

Professional Experience

Francine Milford, L.M.T. NCBTMB and FL State licensed massage therapist 2008. Owner of the Reiki Center of Venice. Creator and trademark holder for the series of natural healing systems called, Tuning Fork Therapy®. Creator and trademark holder for the series on Aromatherapy called, Aroma~Care™ Certified Personal Trainer since 2000. Reiki Master since 1997. Authored 35 books, 6 of the books are on Reiki topics *Usui Reiki Level One Manual, *Usui Reiki Level Two Manual, *Usui Reiki Master Level, *Reiki, a Mother’s Journey to Health and Healing, *Vibrational Reiki Level One, *Vibrational Reiki Level Two,*Vibrational Reiki Master Level. I have also authored 26 additional books on health and fitness topics. Private practice 1998 to present. Privately teaching Reiki since 1998 to more than 500 students over the last decade. In 2002, taught an Aromatherapy class at the Manatee Community College for their Adult Learning Summer Program.

Winner of the Community Champion Award 2006

The Community Champion Award was presented to Herald-Tribune reporter Francine Milford for her commitment to covering South County arts groups and organizations, and especially for encouraging volunteerism in the community. The award was given to Francine during the Arts & Culture Alliance Fifth Annual Muses Awards Recognition Dinner held on Tuesday, April 25, at the Boca Royale Country Club.

Freelance Writer

I am also a freelance writer and was employed as the Community News Reporter at the Venice Herald Tribune. I have had more than 1,000 articles and photographs published during my time there.
